Project Hercules exists to transform young men into powerful leaders —strong in body, unshakable in mind, and unwavering in character.
Project Hercules was created to fill that gap. This is more than a fitness program—it’s a full-scale transformation system designed to shape not only the body, but the man.
We take teens through a proven system of:
Hypertrophy-based training to build size, symmetry, and presence.
Nutrition mastery to fuel growth, shred unwanted fat, and develop lifelong healthy eating habits.
Mindset training rooted in the Hercules code—self-discipline, perseverance, and the courage to lead.
Direct mentorship so they never feel alone in their journey.
Our goal is simple: produce strong men with strong character. Men who protect, lead, and inspire.
This program offers more than a training plan—it’s a brotherhood. With 24/7 access to a dedicated coach and bi-weekly check-ins, every young man has someone in his corner. We provide accountability, direction, and encouragement when it’s needed most.
For some, this will be the only consistent male mentorship they’ve had. For all, it will be the push that shapes them into confident leaders in the gym, at school, and in life.
